Went in on the 22nd of October to get 2 Hot Chocolates they was the worst thing ever Not Even Hot or lukewarm Staff was not friendly at all. What a waste Iof money and time. Swiss Miss is a hell of a lot of better

Terrible! We ordered via Apple Pay and the lady was extremely rude when we said that we didn’t get one of our drinks, and she scoffed and was extremely impolite

Manager came into the conversation with the barista when I asked about drinks, it looked like they were closing and didn’t wanna make any drinks. You can see the snacks such as brownies and cheese danish in the trash. They told me since they had no options to buy and I didn’t wanna buy anything I had to leave and I couldn’t use their bathroom. I wanted to buy something but the options were limited. I didn’t appreciate the managers condescending attitude and when I asked her, her name she refused. Overall will never ever return to this Starbucks. Just because it’s a very wealthy area does not give you the right to act snobby and make customers feel like trash.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks today! I stopped by with my five-month-old son, and the cashier was incredibly kind to him. It really felt like the whole team loved having him there! When I got my coffee, they even drew a little butterfly on my cup, which was such a sweet touch. The service was warm, friendly, and made my morning extra special. I truly appreciate the kindness, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stopped in while I charged my car at the Tesla charging station. Absolutely bad experience overall due to the Rude staff. Even left a tip trying to be nice being understanding that sometimes people have bad days. Yet still no thank you or even eye contact. When I got my drink I thanked them and I received no response. Will not be back here again.

Managers should strongly considering retraining staff and firing Taylor
