Manager came into the conversation with the barista when I asked about drinks, it looked like they were closing and didn’t wanna make any drinks. You can see the snacks such as brownies and cheese danish in the trash. They told me since they had no options to buy and I didn’t wanna buy anything I had to leave and I couldn’t use their bathroom. I wanted to buy something but the options were limited. I didn’t appreciate the managers condescending attitude and when I asked her, her name she refused. Overall will never ever return to this Starbucks. Just because it’s a very wealthy area does not give you the right to act snobby and make customers feel like trash.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks today! I stopped by with my five-month-old son, and the cashier was incredibly kind to him. It really felt like the whole team loved having him there! When I got my coffee, they even drew a little butterfly on my cup, which was such a sweet touch. The service was warm, friendly, and made my morning extra special. I truly appreciate the kindness, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stopped in while I charged my car at the Tesla charging station. Absolutely bad experience overall due to the Rude staff. Even left a tip trying to be nice being understanding that sometimes people have bad days. Yet still no thank you or even eye contact. When I got my drink I thanked them and I received no response. Will not be back here again.
Managers should strongly considering retraining staff and firing Taylor

Making this review after 4 years of going to this location. Horribly rude staff that just stare at you without greeting or welcoming in. The customers here are what make this location unbearable. It’s filled with entitled people of a certain race not moving when excuse me has been said, people rushing to take spots i had been waiting minutes for, followed by them yelling bc i didn’t let them steal my spot, (on numerous occasions this has happened to me) people who think they can take 2 parkings, people that will throw the door on your face after looking and seeing you behind them, and the elderly crowd that goes in on mornings and weekends…NO THANKS.
Now on top of all that THIS is the baby banana bread I got today and it sent me over the edge and the truth had to come out lol

Why hide the straws? Some people like to drink coffee with straws and those people have to suffer to wait and ask that question to the staff when we are rushing in and out. And on top of that, i get attitude when i ask for a straw?

I needed to work from this location for a few hours due to some summer camp logistics. I love how convenient it is! Roomy, with friendly staff. My items were promptly and accurately prepared. However, this location needs a deep clean. The fruit flies and sewer drain gnats were a constant annoyance - I must’ve killed 15 in the span of 30 minutes. I know how busy they are, but a little attention to this would be helpful for their overall image.
