I took a late night walk with my basset hound named Butch. He saw the open doors walked right in as I followed behind him. We were greeted with smiles and patrons as well as bartender all got to pet him. The bartender off of Butch a tall drink of water which he gladly drank. There's such a friendly atmosphere here, will be back.

Omg!!! This is a Byron must!!! The bartender Shelby was more than attentive. Good atmosphere, good music, and great conversation. A must stop if you're in the area.

Stopped at Bud's first time, while visiting Byron to see the Christmas Tain 12-4-22. We enjoyed a beer and couple spins on their slots.they have a small bar they don't serve food so we left to find lunch.

We got there late so we missed the band, but holy hell, for such a tiny bar, they had the sound system cranked up unnecessarily loud. I literally had to yell to be heard when talking to the group I was with or ordering a drink? I like loud music when I'm out to see and hear a band, but why have it so loud at a non-music event? The point of music at a bar is to serve as background noise or allow people to dance. This establishment does not have the space to dance. Other than the ridiculously loud music, it seems like it has a friendly atmosphere. The two bartenders were attentive and looked to be having fun. I'll definitely give this place another try. However, unless I'm there specifically for a music event and the music is so loud that I can't hold a conversation with friends, staff and or other patrons, that will be my last visit.
Prior to our arrival, I was advised that they don't have a kitchen/offer food and they have a limited alcohol menu. As this was my first visit and it was late in the evening, I didn't see a menu and can't speak to that. I'll update this review upon my return.
