It makes you feel like you're in a special, unique place where you can have fun and eat great food. Even if you only go for the cheesecake, it will not be a wasted trip. I happened upon it during a trip to the city one day for a work order, and it's one of the best discoveries of my life.”

The Sunday crew of Dennis and Emily rock! Super attentive and excellent banter with the patrons. They work great together and utilize a team approach when managing the bar and grill. They talk with the customers and make everyone feel right at home.
The atmosphere here is always friendly and welcoming… even if you’re not rooting for the home team on a Sunday afternoon!

“We used Costas for our wedding at Kilbuck Creek. They were amazing! Bartender worked super hard and provided all our guests with the best service. Robin and Saro made sure everyone was taken care of. Food was delicious, and the late night pizza was perfect! It was a dream weekend thanks to all the staff. Cannot thank them enough.”

“We all know Madison’s Chocolate Shoppe is the best but we are so fortunate to have The Scoop in Winnebago. We make sure to coordinate open hours with our trips. Only sad thing to say is that they close for the winter months. The Scoop is so inviting from the store its self to the owner to the outstanding staff. We have never had a bad experience here. We like to think of this as our happy place. We are always happily welcomed, offered samples, questions answered, given generous portions, thanked for coming. 🥰”

They were also selling apparel supporting the local school. I absolutely support Girls Cross Country. The customer service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back.”

“We've only been here twice, but we plan on coming more often. It's easy to find a place to start, the pizza. Like so many people, we can all say we're pizza connoisseurs, but the specialty pizzas the make here are terrific (we love the chicken garlic parm). They are definitely not your normal meat, cheese and red sauce variety, they truly are special. Additionally, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a quiet and calm dining experience that, even though there's limited seating, there is not a rushed feel to turn tables.
The staff has done a fantastic job of making your time here feel welcome and appreciated.”
