“Weezy's is a pure gem. It's the best part about a trip to Byron, in my view. The atmosphere itself is so cozy and intriguing. It makes you feel like you're in a special, unique place where you can have fun and eat great food. Even if you only go for the cheesecake, it will not be a wasted trip. I happened upon it during a trip to the city one day for a work order, and it's one of the best discoveries of my life.”

The Sunday crew of Dennis and Emily rock! Super attentive and excellent banter with the patrons. They work great together and utilize a team approach when managing the bar and grill. They talk with the customers and make everyone feel right at home.
The atmosphere here is always friendly and welcoming… even if you’re not rooting for the home team on a Sunday afternoon!

“I was hesitant with all the bad reviews but I still went. The best customer service! The two workers I encountered were outstanding and so friendly!!! My fries were really salty, that’s my only complaint. I drove 40 mins here to get the grinch meal lol. I was not disappointed.”

“We all know Madison’s Chocolate Shoppe is the best but we are so fortunate to have The Scoop in Winnebago. We make sure to coordinate open hours with our trips. Only sad thing to say is that they close for the winter months. The Scoop is so inviting from the store its self to the owner to the outstanding staff. We have never had a bad experience here. We like to think of this as our happy place. We are always happily welcomed, offered samples, questions answered, given generous portions, thanked for coming. 🥰”

“I decided to visit Oregon, yesterday. This place was huge. In the back, they give workouts. The Reeses Peanut Butter Protein drink was spot on, exactly what I was looking for. They were also selling apparel supporting the local school. I absolutely support Girls Cross Country. The customer service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back.”

“Bartenders are friendly and remember what you drink. Good selection of music on the jukebox. Crowd is a random mix of young and old. 3 pool tables, 2 dart machines, 6 gambling machines and a shuffleboard table. Plenty of parking. Street parking in the front, parking lot in the back. Like every bar there are some exceptions but it's a nice relaxing environment most of the time.”

Missy, Brooke, and Angel are all amazing — super friendly, fast, and always make you feel like part of the family the second you walk in. Whether you're grabbing a beer, trying one of their specialty drinks, or just chatting at the bar, you're in good hands with these ladies. And let’s not forget the food — shoutout to Cook Chris in the kitchen! Everything coming out of there is delicious. You can tell there's real care put into every order, and it hits the spot every time. Great portions, fair prices, and cooked just right. Between the great atmosphere, awesome staff, and killer food, The Post has become one of our favorite spots. 5 stars all the way! 👏🍔🍻”
