Came in and no one said good morning or hello. I was told already that their customer service suck. But I wanted to give them a try. The one African American lady at the drive in finally said u can order at the kiosk but we didn’t want to. The lady that keep walking pass with the braids never said anything. But when she go her turkey from whoever drop it off then she was happy.We didn’t know there was a number. She called the number out and walked away. I’ll never shop there again.

Got our food and drove home. Sat down to eat. 3 medium fries were tossed on top off burgers, 1 upside down. Emptied bag of fries and tried to refill them. Barely filled 2 medium cartons. They charge so much for fries and cheap out when filling them. Then my daughter opened her double cheese burger and there was a hair in it!!! So disgusting!. Health inspector will be called tomorrow.

Your standard McDonald's, however, the Nats at the fountain drink station were pretty disgusting! Did not like being required to use kiosk to place order by the attendant at the counter. Acknowledging this is becoming more common nationwide.

Slowest McDonald's in the area. Orders are frequently wrong or missing condiments and sauces. Very frequently backed up and they will.Have you wait in additional ten minutes for just a chicken sandwich. If you're hungry just go to the oregon mcdonald's.

Food is always hot & faster than other McD's in the area. Non-management staff is always polite & friendly. But......watch the manager chew out an employee right at the 1st window. Wow. Zero professional approach to chastise a worker in front of customers. I asked once how her day was going. Her response was epic: "I love my job for the customers and my coworkers, but..." Then, I asked "Your boss?" She said "That's what ruins my day." It's gotta be really bad when a fast-food worker likes their day, but a manager is so clueless to chew out a worker in front of a customer & ruin their day.

If I could go lower i would. Pulled up first and was the only one and 2 cars pulled up to other and ordered before me. Need 2 milks for the kids.
It took 2 and a half hours for our food to be delivered. We ordered the collector’s meal specifically for the cups AND THEY FORGOT THE CUPS. All we got were the 2 meals and 2 mcflurries. stay away from the flopdonalds and go somewhere local.
Vegetarian options: only the fries mcflurries and apple pies.
Parking: idk i got it delivered

Unfortunately, every time I've gone here, my order gets messed up. I've been served raw food multiple times, and it's just never a good outcome here. The staff can be very friendly or the complete opposite depends on the day.
