I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. My burger was pink on the inside, and I had to spit it out, which is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. The fries were cold and barely seasoned.
The only positives were the chocolate chip cookies, which were good, and the Diet Coke, which was refreshing. Unfortunately, that’s where the good ended.
The restaurant was extremely unsanitary. Tables were dirty, trash was on the floor, and the self-service counter was filthy. I even felt the need to inspect my drink lid to make sure it was clean, especially since there were gnats flying around the area.
There was clear poor communication and mismanagement among the staff. A staff member wasn’t sure if my drink had even been made, and the team seemed disorganized. As someone who has a license in food handling, I did not see hair nets on the cooks, and I witnessed one scratching his hair while working, which was very concerning.
The staff appeared understaffed, unmotivated, and burnt out. I do recognize their willingness to work, but the conditions I observed point to poor management from leadership, not the employees themselves. This location seriously needs better oversight, cleanliness, and food safety practices.

I was hesitant with all the bad reviews but I still went. The best customer service! The two workers I encountered were outstanding and so friendly!!! My fries were really salty, that’s my only complaint. I drove 40 mins here to get the grinch meal lol. I was not disappointed.

Got there at 11:05 on a Saturday, when their hours say they are open till midnight. I thought I got lucky and was going to be able to have dinner since I got off of work at 11, turns out, they felt the need to go against their posted hours and close up shop early. Called the inside phone and got the most passive aggressive person to pick up. I asked if they were done with food and I got a snarky ‘yeah we’re cleaning’. As a business, if you’re going to post a set hours, follow them. I hadn’t eaten all day and was kinda looking forward to not having to cook at nearly midnight and got attitude for being confused as to why we weren’t following posted hours. Do better.

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Unfortunately I have no choice but to choose this location since it’s closest to my home. every single time I’ve ever been here the employees have absolutely no idea how to do their job and the food is somehow always old and bland. I know it’s just a fast food restaurant, but after years of having wonderful food/ service at the Oregon McDonald’s I am extremely annoyed. Not listening to what I said and putting in a random order… taking an eternity to get the food ready and yet it’s the old, dry and cold burgers thrown together so I have to reassemble the entire sandwich so it doesn’t fall apart… Cold and bland fries EVERY TIME. Not filling the drinks.. acting like they have no idea what I’m saying when I try to correct them… just embarrassing

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Drive thru is always packed and when you get your food, it's only correct 60% of the time. And if you walk in to order, good luck getting someone to physically take your order. They are slow and inefficient. The owners of this franchise need to have corporate get at them and start regulating.
Manger was rude, service is always slow here, crew on the phone when handling food, and food was cold while they say waiting on it fresh, this location should close.

The absolute worst McDonalds experience I have encountered over 50 years of being a customer. Went through the drive thru today, waited over 20 minutes after paying for fries to supposedly be made. My wife went inside after this extended wait to find workers doing nothing, and the food runner playing on her phone. Burgers were not very warm, and fries were undercooked. This facility would best serve the community by closing its doors and retraining their employees. Embarrassing, truly embarrassing.
