Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, they consistently have dry and hard food that’s been sitting under the burner for hours. I’ve never not gone to this McDonald’s and my food be absolutely disgusting. On top of that when they do make it good is when you ask for it fresh. But when you ask for it fresh, they give you such an attitude like their job is the hardest in the world and they don’t know their food’s been sitting all day long and is nasty. This new generation of workers is insanely lazy and not going anywhere in life.

Dont know if its understaffed or what but, ALWAYS slow. If you try to do a pick up order, you somehow wait longer then it would take to go through the drive thru. What is the point?!?!

I wish I could give negative stars for this place. I don't know why I don't stop going here. But it's the only place in Byron for fast food. I think today finally did it. Ordered 2 sweet teas and 2 large. Fresh fries waited over 6 minutes, which is expected for fresh fries. And when they brought them out the bottom of the box, the fries were hot, the top.They were cold, so obviously they mixed them. I called them and she said, well, if you come back, I'll give you, fresh fries.
Anymore, McDonald's is as expensive as any place else. Spend your money elsewhere

This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to..food is never fresh, stale buns, and service is horrible…always get the order wrong...they actually turn people away when they have too many orders..really…We now only get McDonald’s if we are away from Byron..very sad!!!

This is the worst’s possible McDonalds in the state waited 30 minutes for a 20 piece in a large fry the person working at the window saw me multiple different times and didn’t even try to approach me. My fries aren’t even half full and cold. I didn’t get any sauce for my nuggets. I am so done with their mediocre service and mediocre food

When eating inside, you shouldn't be forced to order from a kiosk. Tables, floors, and beverage area were disgusting. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but a McDonald's should be pretty easy to maintain.

Quite a bit of Flys and other bugs some cushions were gone
Raw burger first... went back to get it replaced and it was completely burnt... try to go back again and at 1102 there was not 1 car in the parking lot this place is a complete freaking joke

It's a McDonald's. The staff is pleasant but as everyone knows the cost of everything has risen to the place where it's prohibitive to take your family to McDonald's every day anymore. That's kinda sad for a business like this. Not their fault but sad. So we go just when the mood strikes and you really need a burger and a coke. Like after spending your paycheck at the grocery store and the need for that snack on the way home. Thanks for being here McDonald's.

I did a mobile order on the app and I waited half an hour before I finally went into the store to see what was taking my order so long. They finally got me my food, but the fries were so cold that some were actually like they had just thawed them and served them The staff was also very unfriendly while I was there. I will NOT be going to this location again!

People leaving the drive thru last Friday as we were told they were catching up on inside orders
