Incredible service, our waitress went well above and beyond with making sure that coffee was always topped off, checking in to make sure everything was going well, and easily adapting to requests that were made. It was quite busy and our food came out in a very timely manner, everything cooked to perfection. The ambiance is what you would expect from a breakfast diner, nothing less or more. Good portions & tasty food, we will be back!

My wife and stopped in and loved it all. Food was above and beyond. The manager was personable and very pleasant, and the waitress was perfect. Very sweet lady that went beyond helping us. The atmosphere was soooo much better than a typical chain restaurant, this place has a retro feel to it and that is a wonderful change. Byron, IL...We will be back FOR SURE!

I’m not from Byron, but I recently started working at a salon in town and had been looking for a good place to get lunch. I tried sunrise for the first time yesterday and got food off the breakfast menu. Today I got a burger. Both times I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality, portions, and prices. Happy to have found my new lunch spot.

Got the Sunrise Salad and asked for shredded cheddar cheese in replacement of pre-sliced strip-cut American cheese, which had kind of digusted me the first time I had it. Wasn't given the soup that should have come with it nor the bread basket. Was charged $1.00 extra for the cheese. I've heard other stories about extra charges for replacements that are normally offered too. I enjoy going occasionally but today wasn't a good day.
