Had a worst experience here. Ordered a medium pizza with chicken topping but received bacon. The pizza slices were one over the other - worst delivery even after adding tip. If you guys don’t want to do it right then just shut down and go home

Recently my house was on fire so I had no electric so it was really cold out Red Cross gave me some money for dinner I called Domino's ordered $50 worth of food at 8:19 my order was supposed to arrive I called said was on the way 930 still nothing called said was to b there any minute at 10 said dropped it off but did not 1030 said took it to the wrong house 1039 said would be bringing to my house soon 1059 closed no food next morning called said talk to night manager was the same guy he handed phone to the driver y idk he said I took ur order to ur house n manag5n the background saying yea now what no I said then I asked what my house looked like he said 2 story brick house that's incorrect then I heard can't do shit about it then they muted me n I'm still without the food n no refund of $50 I need the district managers number this was insane they did not care

Usually I have no problems but tonight they forgot my pizza hen I ordered 2 and the food was cold when I got so I sent it back with the driver and called the store to let them no she said it was no way it was cold and she had a nasty attitude

I've ordered pizza, cookie brownies, lava cakes and other items from the Cahokia Heights location for the past year on a regular basis. The quality has always been amazing and every employee I've encountered were some of the nicest people I've talked to. I'm happy to live in an area with great food and amazing humans. God bless.

Paid for my food upfront on the app. They keep marking things as delivered way before it’s even delivered. Kind of ridiculous how they keep playing with peoples money and food. Been over an hour now since the driver supposedly left the store. It’s a constant battle with this store. I order pickup, it’s a problem. I order delivery, it’s a problem.
