Usually I have no problems but tonight they forgot my pizza hen I ordered 2 and the food was cold when I got so I sent it back with the driver and called the store to let them no she said it was no way it was cold and she had a nasty attitude

I've ordered pizza, cookie brownies, lava cakes and other items from the Cahokia Heights location for the past year on a regular basis. The quality has always been amazing and every employee I've encountered were some of the nicest people I've talked to. I'm happy to live in an area with great food and amazing humans. God bless.

Paid for my food upfront on the app. They keep marking things as delivered way before it’s even delivered. Kind of ridiculous how they keep playing with peoples money and food. Been over an hour now since the driver supposedly left the store. It’s a constant battle with this store. I order pickup, it’s a problem. I order delivery, it’s a problem.

This place really needs to be shut down or get a whole new crew from the general manager to delivery drivers . Pizza is always burnt or cold . My delivery driver dropped my pizza . And they expect u to pay a delivery fee somebody should have been compensating me extra for the trouble when I tried to get the order replaced I was on hold a hour , fell asleep on the phone . When I finally talk to the general manager she told me I had to pay taxes lol because it the next day well ma’am if u guys would of picked up the phone I would of loved to get a order replaced . If u drop a pizza instead of delivering it to someone house you should go back and get it remade . No ethic when I talk to the kernels manager she never once apologized she refused to give me her name she hunged up on me twice I asked her her boss name she refused that info . The location needs to be closed no better way to say it . I just had a baby and it really sucks that you can’t order food from your local store . Please don’t order from here . It’s really pitiful
