Never Hot and Ready. The phone is disconnected, so you can't call in. Be prepared to go in and wait. It seem like they don't want business or customers, why never have anything hot and ready then unplug the store phone? I need to move treat us like crap

This specific location should not be open at all it’s the worst little Caesars I’ve ever been to. They’ve messed my order up twice in a row. Pizza looked absolutely disgusting undercooked cut in all different directions. Cheese was everywhere staff is very disrespectful towards costumers if I could give zero stars I’d do it.

I ordered 2 pizzas both of them were raw and when we tried to take them back they blamed us for the mistake qhen I try to to talk to the manager he lied to me and said he wasn't there when it happened and he could tell what my son looked like they insulted my intelligence

Workers are rude and ghetto. I ordered the previous night for pizzas to be ready the next day. When I got there at my scheduled time, my order was not ready. I asked for a time estimate as this was for class party & I needed to be back at work & the worker rudely told me that she didn’t know & that I could go somewhere else. After a pointless back & forth that included cursing from the worker (I never cursed or raised my voice at her) I was issued a refund that I then used at the Shiloh location (where I should’ve went anyway because they always provide good customer service). I understand being understaffed but taking your frustrations out on the customer is never the right solution. I hope she has the day she deserves. Do better.
