This specific location should not be open at all it’s the worst little Caesars I’ve ever been to. They’ve messed my order up twice in a row. Pizza looked absolutely disgusting undercooked cut in all different directions. Cheese was everywhere staff is very disrespectful towards costumers if I could give zero stars I’d do it.

I ordered 2 pizzas both of them were raw and when we tried to take them back they blamed us for the mistake qhen I try to to talk to the manager he lied to me and said he wasn't there when it happened and he could tell what my son looked like they insulted my intelligence

If I can give zero stars I will!! Where do I start GHEETTTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOO! Do not order from this location and if you order online only do it through a third party website! IE DOORDASH OR UBER EATS! Because that’s the only way you can get a refund when the employees here just decide to close the location a hour and half early! My grandmother ordered food brother went to pick it up they closed the location down and left and came back knocked at the door and they gave him some bull about Uber eats and refunds! When he came back I stayed it didn’t make sense we had her contact her bank to asked if any refund had been issued it did not which I knew it wouldn’t because we didn’t order through Uber eats! So the next day I tried calling the location via phone I get an answer after dialing back for a hour and than they placed me on hold for a 45 minutes and than hung up the phone. I finally get customer service in the phone for them to tell us they can’t issue refunds only the regional manager can do so they took my grandmother’s information and nothing!!! So I will be going to this location face to face and they had better refund her! As for now I’m warning all others. This was a last minute decision do not eat here they get orders incorrect, the pizza is disgusting and the workers attitudes are worse than the food they serve! Just close it!!

I love Little Caesars, but the Cahokia location is not clean. Hair on where I swipe my card lol. The manager can't manage a chicken coop. The new girl looks like a deer trapped in headlights when I ordered lol. My Pizza was Horrible. The shape was suppose to be square, I don't know what that was. The picture tells it all. I asked them what happened and they acted as if it was normal. They made several pizzas for another customer and there was way more crust then cheese or toppings and told him thats how they cook their pizzas. They replaced my cheesy bread but i’m glad i looked at it before i left.

This store is horrible they never answer the phone so you have to go in to order and the food is not presentable they cut the pizzas any kinda of way and the last few times I ordered icb they gave me no marinara sauce

Terrible and won’t be back , all five times I’ve tried this location the workers aren’t working half the time , there’s yelling and cussing and very slow service . There is only one nice lady there on Sundays who tries to do her job.

I tried to call in to see if they had what I needed ready. And if not was going to place an order. They did not answer the phone. And then when I showed up to see if they had what I needed already in there warmer. They did not and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Other than that the food was good the service was good
