This pizza hut service is so bad it's annoying, multiple times I've come different times of the day and still receive such terrible service, I ordered pizza online got there it was not ready then they pizzas they gave me they were like really Luke warm not piping hot from the oven at all it's sad and it sucks cause you spend your money and the food quality is just not there

Pizza was okay, it's always a hit and miss when I order. This time I was bothered by the lady at the front, she severely lacked customer service skills. I left a cash tip to be nice and maybe put a smile on her face but not a thank you, have a nice night, or anything. Last time I ever order there.

Okay. Where do I start spending over $50 and receiving all my food burnt and as well as getting sent pork and we don't eat pork is a slap in the face! It was horrific. I did an online complaint the manager called left a voicemail and haven't been able to get anyone on the phone because they don't answer the phones. So I guess I'll just be contacting support again. That food was horrible from the pizzas,the wings, the bread, and desert! Man! I just want a full refund

Pizza Hut in Cahokia, don't stop whatever you ate doing cuz you are doing am amazing job!!! Our pizza box was perfect!! It was right on time, still hot when we got it home, and omg the flavor, the aroma, the cheese stringing from the mouth watering bite omg perfect is all I know. The chicken wings were soooo good... my 5 year old granddaughter could have at an entire order by herself, and the next day she was not happy that we didn't have more! You out did yourself pizza hut!!! Keep up the good work!

Ordered online for instore pickup. Arrived 5 minutes after website said it would be ready. Waited at counter for five more minutes for someone to come to counter. After trying several times the girl finally finds my online order on the computer and walks off without saying a word to me. When she brings out an order for another lady that was there when I arrived I asked about my order. She said they were waiting on my breadsticks. She walked off before I could ask how much longer it would take. Order ended up being almost 30 minutes late. By the time I got pizza home it was barely warm and soggy from sitting in the box waiting on breadsticks.Horrible service. Terrible atmosphere.

so unprofessional I placed an order at 7:14 I called 4 times the first time I was placed on hold for 30 minutes the 2 time the girl said she was sorry an that the driver was slow the third time they offered me a store credit the four time she said she would give me a refund an send the food out with me still having the store credit by the way I’m at work so I called on my next break an by then the store is close after the supervisor just told me a hr before that it would be here in 30-40 I was very patient with them thur out the whole process an this has me very upset cause now I have to wait till the morning to call an figure out the next step I spent 35 with nothing to show an I’ve been at work all day an I haven’t eaten I’m not sure what’s the hold an why they didn’t send my food out but I will be calling as soon as they open!!!!

how about answering the phone in a professional manner.talking to the customer when a problem happens...if your out of a certain 2 liter,help figure out other options not deliver what u think....the delivery drivers are decent....the store workers and management need more customer service training.
