The whole atmosphere was dirty and the whole staff including management are rude and this taco bell isn't worth visiting ever again and I witnessed them turn away potential customers who simply asked to use the rest room this literally was the worst taco bell I've ever visited

It took them 31 minutes to make my order from the time i ordered it through the app. All my burritos had rice in them. I use to work for 2 different taco bells. Burritos Supremes arent made with rice in them. And I ordered 10 items as you can see in the photo but had to go back in cause 2 items was missing. They made me 3 items cause the girl claimed that 3 was missing from my order. All 3 of the remakes were wrong. I had stop coming to this location cause it's always a problem with the people that work here. They dont take their job serious. Huge turn over all the time.

If they're out of something you've ordered, you will not be allowed to replace it with something of comparable value. They will offer you two tacos (approximately $5 total) if they can't make a $7 nacho fry. The nachos bell grande wouldve been closer in both content and price. So I requested that. Apparently, they can only rip you off.
This Taco Bell does things the stupidest. They pull EVERY car and line knowing damn well they don’t need to. They could very easily let the person wait for their food at the window. It may look like their service is so speedy to move the cars around but all it does is piss people off. Then everyone goes inside waiting on their food. Ridiculous. Half of the time the food is nicely put together and most of the time it’s sloppy. If you’re going to pull cars around at least make sure their food is perfect 😡😡😡😡 whoever decided this is how they should conduct business is ridiculous and needs to go back to school for management evidently

If I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars I would. We had a mobile order and waited in the drive thru 15 minutes before receiving some of our food. The rest of it was missing. As if that’s not enough, while we pulled into the parking lot we were met with cars blasting music and multiple shirtless men on bikes. Even though we were appalled by this we went inside to pick up our missing items. Nobody acknowledged us for 10 minutes and plenty of other customers were also waiting. When we got home and ate our food we were disappointed. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!!!!!

No cheese sauce on my 5 layer? Got 3 drinks but left with 5 because the lady couldn’t get the order right when it was just two Baja freezes & 1 refresca freeze. Baja freeze had 0 syrup in it . My husbands chicken on his quesadilla was super crunchy like it’s sat all day. I’ve worked at a Taco Bell so I know how these are supposed to be made and none of it was right.
