The clock just looking at me stand there and never took my order so I walked out.

they were rude, the hours are incorrect, multiple people on their phones. we stood at the kiosk to order TO GO purely because it’s easier to see all the option and after standing there for 10 minutes ordering and deciding we get ready to pay and someone from the back rudely yells “our inside is closed” as multiple employees have seen us and walked by us NOBODY mentioned this to us, the doors opened, and we weren’t even eating inside. so don’t go after 9 if you want service.

Went through the drive through and they guy taking our order was too busy talking on the phone to take our order so we had to order at the window. We ordered a Dr pepper and baja blast freeze. We watched them fill up a pepsi and strawberry freeze and so we asked about the drinks we ordered and were rudely told they dont have those products. Our receipt also had these items listed incorrectly.

Went there to grab something to eat as i live in Missouri. The disappointed i felt when i go to eat my food and it's not what i ordered. I got the Taco Supreme meal without sour cream. I did not say i didn't want tomatoes and it looked like they just picked up a few strands if lettuce and put it on there, as much as this meal is disappointed is an understatement and I will not ever come back into this place again. All shell hardly any meat, little cheese and lettuce. What a joke. And this happened today October 16, 2024 at 11:31 am. Store number 031606
