The whole atmosphere was dirty and the whole staff including management are rude and this white castle isn't worth visiting ever again and I witnessed them turn away potential customers who simply asked to use the rest room this literally was the worst white castle I've ever visited

This was one of the weirdest drive through fast food experiences we've ever had and the service was incredibly slow for how few people were in line. We ordered 3 things, no modifications, and had to repeat it a few times. The employees all seemed under the influence of something and were very hard to understand lol. The food was okay, but not worth another awkward visit.

They always say they’re in the middle of a shift change and it takes 25 minutes. I’ve worked out white castles when I was 16 years old. It doesn’t take that long. Very nasty attitude. This will be my last day going there.

What a horrible experience the guy at register couldn't even speak up so you could hear him. Waited almost a for a number 8 meal don't recommend coming here
