So I'm just get to the point this is the worst White Castle business location I ever been to My family my kids don't do McDonald's we don't do Burger King we do White Castle cuz that's all they like and that's all I like to really get one this particular day cuz this was 3 months ago I decided to doordash because who's just going to drive out for just one thing you know he gets my meal he brings it to my house I'm like hold up I'm missing like two cheese sauces fries and my chicken rings and better yet they gave me all breakfast items I spent around $30 on this meal cuz you know how doorash is they be charging It could be $10 with us I could raise up to 30 real quick The second I told him you know can you go back up there and just like tell let them know that I'm missing a few items and if they can like give those to me he went up there they gave him a different bag The order was still wrong cuz at this point I'm asking you know before you even drive back to my house can you just open a bag up on my sake and like checking my food is there cuz I trust my door dashes and better fact we was on video chat and he like sent me recordings of the bag itself as he's opening it and I'm still missing the same items and funny part it's still breakfast food is not even my whole order so at this point I ain't even having two big bags of breakfast food that I do not eat I don't eat none of White House or breakfast and like one thing from my main order which was just a drink that that's all they got right was my drink ask him again can you go back around the third time He's like all right and I'm like I'm going to give you a tip because I know you wasting gas and you waste you know you wasting time you could have been made some extra money if this person would just you know get my order right he said he was okay with that and I'm like okay cool the lady basically he got me on the phone the lady basically said she wasn't about to make my order again she's not going to give me no chicken rings cuz she made it three times and I'm like well three times I haven't received it she studied cussed me out over the phone and my door dash he can can agree with this cuz he is my neighbor so it's kind of hard to say I'm trying to lie but she was really had a bad attitude like she cussed me out to the point where I heard the other employees in the back room like you start to gas and tell her to like calm down they was trying to make my order but she wasn't sounding like she was a manager I don't know who she was but she saying that she was a black African American and she didn't have no time for this or what not I can't say the rest of the words because I in my heart I wouldn't feel right put a that on any kind of review and decided to tell him that she wasn't going to make nothing for me so at this point I have several bags of food that I don't have a meal that I never got technically beside a drink unless you couldn't say that so part of the mail That's the only thing that got right It was supposed to be a large but I got a medium I don't know if they change the cup size who knows but like this is the worst service I ever had in a restaurant and I mean I've been to shitty restaurants

Honestly one of the worst White Castle locations I've been to. Not only did they get my order wrong. I requested a 10 sack, half cheddar half jalapeno. What I received was all cheddar. The girl with the checkout Windows seemed rather nice but was wearing rubber gloves that I'm assuming she wore for food preparation. She kept grabbing her face with the gloves on touching the screen of the computer including the window. Then we go to the back and come back touch some more stuff. I really hope she wasn't the person to prepare my food I can get past her touching stuff but rubbing her face with the gloves on it's quite ridiculous. The food that I got was good but honestly made me paranoid to eat it after seeing what I saw.

EXTREMELY FILTHY dining room. Almost no clean tables, floor was filthy, with the crew standing around complaining about the drive thru customers. They claimed they didn't have half the menu. No this, no that. Coke machine out front had no coke. Seems like horrible management. The food was delicious though, so I gave two stars.

Drive thru lady had a attitude yelling the were only serving fried food yes no burgers only fried food took my money went back to her phone never said anything else to me and I had to wait for the cook to bring me my food bad experience Everytime ive been Ill never go back again if the food is not over cooked it's the wrong order they need to be inspected by the health department and closed like everything else in Cahokia they should be ashamed running a restaurant that way
