The lady cashier this evening @ 10 pm was very rude to me as I was ordering my food she continued to roll her eyes and when I told her it was something in my lemonade she became more agitated with me. I didn’t understand the attitude she was displaying and she messed up my order. I would never come back to this BABAS. She needs customer service skills.

I ordered to go. Got a crispy steak Philly and fries. I asked for the fries to be fried hard. The fries were soggy, oily, and burned at the same time which means the oil was old. The crispy Philly was in fact not crispy at all and was also soggy and oily. Overall very disappointed and they need to change their oil more often. I spent way too much for food I won’t eat.

The guys are very funny and they always make you laugh while you wait for your food. Not a chance you will not laugh in this place. The food is great their burgers are fire and the grilled chicken sandwich has an authentic sauce that just tops it off and makes the burger slam. Add cheese to your fries or there sauce which is great on fries.

Just ordered a meal from there, the wait was quick, staff was nice and friendly, my son accidentally dropped his peach lemonade and it was replaced for free.☺️

I went to Baba‘s strictly for the Italian beef sandwich. As a whole, I would describe my sandwich as averageish. The meat was a little bit dry, the bread seemed like it might’ve been a little bit stale, the giardiniera and gravy seemed good, though.
As I kept driving further into the Chicagoland area, I had no idea what a huge local chain of this restaurant was. I do think sometimes it’s easy to lose quality as a larger chain Restaurant. I suspect some.Baba’s are better than others, And wonder if I might have a more favorable food opinion of one of the other locations.

This was horrible I called about my food, my glam baby had nuggets and Fries.. which fries were not even cooked all the was was hard as heck my husband had taco which were horrible and fries also not done buffalo wings were soggy and fries were not done as well a waste of 35 dollars.. want happen again and all junior could say was sorry well replace the fries ...
