Consistently good food. One of the best queso fundido around. Give it a try with poblano. Good price points. Steak dishes are always good from a burrito to carne asada. Cantador is great if spicy is your thing. Not really a bad dish on the menu. Good selection of tequila and flavors of margaritas. It does get busy at peak times, but worth the wait. A community staple for years.
It was empty and still teci bed slow service the waitress seemed annoyed. Keep in mind first time here.I live in the far south suburbs and pancho pistolas 31 and union keeps up even when they are insanely crowded

The lady taking my order seems to either have a bad day or is naturally unhappy. And I felt attacked when I was seated. She said "go sit wherever" I sat looked at the menu and when she came back asked for my order but was saying it with an attitude the whole time. The other lady server was very since when comparing the two. Food is mediocre at best. Look at the picture.. she clearly is upset and idk why. She didn't even full tomato slices? rice needs flavor. They don't have salt and pepper shakers. I don't think I would come here again based on this one experience. But because I have been here fore and had a good time I would come again but make sure not to have that waitress ever again.Parking: There is a mini lot next to the building, but you can also park across the street.

Poor customer service that night. We were seated and 2 other couples that came after us were served first. We nearly left due to the fact of being overlooked and time was ticking. The waitress gave a lame excuse as to why we didn't have or drinks yet however, both other couples had food and drinks already, smh. It was Valentine's Day so we stayed anyways to have a cocktail or two. Not sure when we will visit again.

Trash service. I ordered a chicken burrito but was served a weird chicken nacho-like dish. I told the waitress that it's not the chicken burrito that I ordered. But she insisted that's the nacho dish is what I said. My husband told her that he also heard me order a chicken burrito and that she needed to replace my meal with what I ordered. The waitress refused and said I would have to pay for both if she served me a chicken burrito. We got up, paid for what we were served, and left. I felt so cheated and unkindly treated. She literally made a mistake and would not own up to it...so she rather argue with a customer. I couldn't make sense of why she didn't just give me what I ordered. The mistake must come out of her earnings or she must be close to getting let go...but that still doesn't explain her rudeness. I have never been back since and never will. I tell all my friends and family to never go there. I will never forget how rude and disrespectful I was treated.
