I always have a great experience at Gigis. I always order the soursop and passionfruit milkshake with whipped cream a wafer and hold the sprinkles. I absolutely love it! Sour soursop is a healthy fruit.

Staff was extremely unfriendly. The restaurant closes at 11pm: We order at 9pm, she sat down to eat and they told us the lobby was closing in 5 minutes. They waited until we spent almost $100 and told us had to leave. No one told us the lobby was closing until after we spent money. That’s ok, we won’t be back. I only spend money where I am welcome.

I took my kids here. We all got the Oreo cream on a cone. The ice cream had hair in it. They remade it and there was still hair it. The entire tub of Oreo ice had hair in it. One of the kids had the lime flavor ice cream in a cup and when she began to eat it there was a tiny red spider on the inside of the clear cap. It was aggravating. I don’t blame the server but someone needs to held accountable for that. After reading the reviews I see this is not the first instance where there’s hair in the ice cream. Gigis is giving an adventure in your mouth. The flavors are dope and zi love how they spin the ice cream with actual snacks. The staff are very friendly. Will have to try new items the next time since im stuck on the cheesecake milkshake 😅

I like the fact that the ice cream is homemade but some prices are ridiculous. To blend up water and a couple cubes of watermelon is 7 dollars. You try to keep the city alive but with prices like that I can buy a watermelon and blend it myself.

If I was able to give you no stars I would!!! Worst place ever you call this is corn on the cob this is canned corn !!! I would be able to do this at home my self and on top of that you charge $8 dollars for a small container that you call XL. More butter than anything in this canned corn !!!! Never again !!

Place is absolutely TERRIBLE. Ordered 3 funnel cakes they were nothing but grease balls. Took video and they suggested i come back to get them remade. They remade them terrible AGAIN hard as rock! Never coming here for a funnel cake again manager never on duty had to speak with children to resolve issue. Highly upset wasted my time and money.

I bought two medium size Ice cream cup one for me and the other for kids put it in the freezer and tried to eat it the next day and it was spoiled plus it was hair in it( which means the kids probably ate that)couldn't get anybody on the phone. Thank you for wasting my money and time 109% rude
