I like McDonald's, I really do. I especially like the fish fillet sandwich....the double fillet to be exact. Which is what I ordered the other day. Only to get home and find out it was not a double. Didn't want to drive all the way back there so I ate what I had been given. Not a good feeling when you get your food and it is not exactly what you paid for. Needless to say I was upset. Upset enough to write this review. Get it together guys. It's the customer's food we're talking about. 😡

Just left the restaurant and I thought I check my bag good before leaving the drive thru and when I got to my mom house,I was taking everything out the bag and my grandson did not have his chicken nuggets in there.I call repeatedly over and over no one answered the phone and I time when I called someone picked the phone up and then hung.

I have upped my review to four stars, the morning and afternoon crew seems to work well and orders are usually on par, but in the later evening, expect to wait 10, 20, or more minutes just to get your order taken, and you can forget about getting food unless it's cold, and the crew gives the look that they truly don't care about anything

We had ordered hot tea but we didn’t get tea only hot lemon water, and we also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but they gave us the original. We had also ordered a drink but it did not come with a straw. Very disappointed.
