Ordered coffee through the app with a espresso shot. Got to the window and was told by the dude that they didn't have espresso and I had to request my refund through the app.
Any other McDonald's ask for my card to refund the difference. Some even gave back to me in cash but I've never been told to request a refund through the app.
After searching the app there was no way to get a refund. Which means he lied.
If you gonna operate a register than you should know how to issues refunds. Not just take money.
Unless he refunded it to himself.
Either way don't waste your time there's 3 other locations in the area with better service.

My food tasted old like it's been sitting under the lamps or re cooked to make warm. I had Big Mac meal. Usually when I come here I order a fish sandwich.
Boy with the dreads holding it down by hisself damn near he going hard handling everything with ease ! That’s what’s up fr he not showing no signs of frustrations even tho he seem to be the only one really working hard . Shout out to him. Make him the manager or something cus he good 😌

1st time I came here (about 2 weeks ago) they gave me the wrong sandwich. They switched it for the right one no problem, but it took me another 10 minutes of waiting in the lobby to receive it. Also ̈my frappe (which is 1 of the only things I order from McDonald's) had ice chunks in it and wasn't blended fully. This is only my 2nd time coming here and all I ordered was a frappe and a strawberry pie. Once again, my frappe has ice chunks in it and I have to wait until they melt to even drink it. The pie was fresh and delicious which is the only reason for the 2 star, however, frappes are really the only thing I visit McDonalds for, and clearly, theirs is just not made correctly. The people are nice but c'mon.

I go their while on the go for their clean restrooms, not so much for their rather plain lifeless food, which has now become pricey. I guess the 15 cent hamburger, when I was a kid, is long gone.
