Super sweet people working here. Food is fresh and spicy. Enjoyed the Kung Pao chicken which was very crispy and the Bao buns were a fantastic.
The staff were really nice, asked me questions, made my food quickly and even brought it out to the car since I went back to my car while my order was cooking. The cook was smiling while cooking and that let me know immediately I would not be disappointed. Love this place. Purchased the Kung Po Chicken and Creamy Mushroom Chicken. Along with the Thai Tea -Green. The Kung Po was so flavourful and tasty 10/10. I could not stop eating it. Then I started eating the Creamy Chicken and again I could not stop eating it. The Creamy Chicken was a 10/10. Bowen Noodles & Bao is a small place with excellent food, where the owners genuinely care about the food and their customers. The smoked chicken has a unique flavor, and the various steamed buns are truly distinctive. The red bean paste bun is a favorite, and the pork bao is considered the best, made fresh from scratch and steamed to be super juicy. The noodles are fresh and flavorful. The orange chicken is really good, with sauce made from orange juice and bits of orange zest. The roast chicken and roast pork are also highly recommended. The smoked pork has a unique taste, and the Chinese dumplings are absolutely delicious, flavorful, and juicy. The menu offers American Chinese dishes as well as traditional Chinese food, with a fresher, lighter touch that tastes homemade and well-balanced. Everything is flavorful without being overly greasy. This hidden gem is one of the best places for authentic Chinese comfort food, with generous portions, consistently fresh food, and friendly service. Definitely worth a visit.
