Bowen Noodles & Bao is a small place with excellent food, where the owners genuinely care about the food and their customers. The smoked chicken has a unique flavor, and the various steamed buns are truly distinctive. The red bean paste bun is a favorite, and the pork bao is considered the best, made fresh from scratch and steamed to be super juicy. The noodles are fresh and flavorful. The orange chicken is really good, with sauce made from orange juice and bits of orange zest. The roast chicken and roast pork are also highly recommended. The smoked pork has a unique taste, and the Chinese dumplings are absolutely delicious, flavorful, and juicy. The menu offers American Chinese dishes as well as traditional Chinese food, with a fresher, lighter touch that tastes homemade and well-balanced. Everything is flavorful without being overly greasy.
