Food court needs TLC
River Oaks is a ghost town. There are only 2 food outlets left. Angel & Moses and Loskis on the move. Angel and Moses have delicious jerk chicken wraps and fruit smoothies. The twins are helpful and have great attitudes. The prices are fair. Lowski's on the move has jerk chicken and steak egg rolls. The owner has a nasty attitude, he acts like its a pain to wait on you.
