Very Cool Retro Design with lots of sunlight
This mall is mostly vacant and most of the stores are local ones selling junk. How many t-shirt printers and street wear stores do you need?
Almost gone.
Ambiance is great for a medium size shopping mall; great location to film scenes for NBC's Chicago Fire!
You enjoyed stopping by this little mall. I found a very diverse opportunities for gifts

It's so dry in this mall. This mall is only for shoes now, there is no clothing stores.

This place needs to just shut down! It's a shell of It's former self. I remember it before they enclosed it to become an indoor mall. I will say the watch kiosk was very effective in replacing batteries for my watches

River Oaks is no longer the awesome place when I was a kid. It just macys and jc penny and some food which isnt a mall. Everything is too high. Random people fighting gang and corruption took the spirit away this spot . I feel like their arent places for the youth no more.
