This place needs to just shut down! It's a shell of It's former self. I remember it before they enclosed it to become an indoor mall. I will say the watch kiosk was very effective in replacing batteries for my watches

River Oaks is no longer the awesome place when I was a kid. It just macys and jc penny and some food which isnt a mall. Everything is too high. Random people fighting gang and corruption took the spirit away this spot . I feel like their arent places for the youth no more.

This place is unfortunate now. It used to be one of my favorite malls as a child. Now, it feels like a flea market. They still have JCPenney, Macy's, and a fully stocked Bath and Body Works. Oh, they also have an Oooh Wee It is, But beyond that, unless you are about to buy sneakers, you can pass on this place.
