Steak was all fat no seasoning and over cooked. Butter 🧈 taste like it’s mix with nothing. Crawfish 🦞 and shrimp 🦐 was ok but food was bland asf absolutely no flavor..

I've been going here for a while the last time they messed up my food. OK first time it's ok always have no problem with my food. This time I ordered again. They gave me small wings. If you're gonna give small wings at least throw a little extra I asked for crispy fries I did not get crispy fries pizza puff was still cold in the middle. Also broccoli was way. Overcooked and potatoes were not done. I'm not coming back. Customer service is horrible Kids always in the back.

So I’ve been going here since I discovered it in November and today is the second time they’ve messed up. First please tell me how 3 $19.99 meals equal $80.40?? Second how did I order 3 1 pound shrimp meals and got 2 and 1 crab leg which I can’t eat because I currently only have 1 hand I can use. Lastly the food don’t even taste good tonight. After being in the hospital due to me an innocent sleeping bystander being shot this is all I’ve wanted. Sad to say you’ve lost a few customers. I literally went here maybe 4 to 5 times a month or more but that’s canceled. Well now the whole family has the runs including the kid. Thanks for the food poisoning.🫠

The food tastes horrible and made my family and I have diarrhea. We were all running to the toilet. My poor grandson smelled like a outhouse. He messed in the bed. The smell was so foul. I had to make an extra trip there because they gave us crab legs instead of shrimp. We spend money there all of the time. The cashier attitude was funny after they messed up our order. My allergies was acting up terrible. My eyes was red, burning and itching. When you spend almost a $100. dollars they should have more hospitality. I was already miserable without getting food poisoning.

I ordered a 6 piece wing. I called at 12pm and I arrived at 12:05 and the wings were done the had already been cooked and they dropped them in the grease

Never eat here.
First time customer… came here based on reviews. Drove 20 mins to check it out. Got home to an order that was bland and overcooked on top of that, I was not provided the extra seasoning I requested while ordering. Brought the orders back to be given a portion of seasoning like that was supposed to make up for it all. I requested the food be made fresh, and was argued with. The cook took the order and attempted to refry. I abruptly stopped him and told him I wanted a refund after seeing this. My son currently has a HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS VIRUS. By him doing that, It showed me this place lacks integrity. I WILL NEVER RETURN. Just the fact that he argued with me comparing his establishment to McDonalds missing cheese on a burger. After Covid NO ESTABLISHMENT should be taking food back let alone trying to refry orders that have been taken home. No respect for the community at all. That’s crazy. I plan to report this place immediately

This place is horrible!!! I spent $114!! In all 3 of my dinners the potatoes was half done,broccoli was over cooked,didn't get my corn, and my extra crab claw. The butter tasted as if they mixed it with cigarette ashes!!! No type of seasoning!!! I called and ask to speak with a manager, and some guy name Mo said he was the manager. But can clearly tell he was lying! It took 2days for me to get any type of reimbursement. And it wasn't even worth it!!! This place is horrible!! If I eat seafood boil it will be my own or a sit down restaurant that is creditable and knows how to treat there customers!!! This was my reimbursement!!

It was my first time here. Let me tell you I will be back again. The food was delicious my family enjoyed it. I ordered the crab legs and shrimp in butter garlic sauce and house seasoning. Sooooooo good… the cashier was sweet and nice… wait time wasn’t to bad.
