I ordered a pizza & sides for delivery. Mind you it is already getting late and pizza typically takes 40 minutes to deliver. Then, they don’t even deliver they have a door dasher come to you, which I was also unaware of prior. Moral of the story they didn’t deliver the pizza only the sides. because “The pizza wasn’t ready yet” like what? so why deliver half an order & that leaves your food to be what cold? like that’s ridiculous. I ordered for convenience and yet got nothing but an inconvenience, soggy sides, and nothing at the same time, Kids are staying up waiting to be fed with school tomorrow. Also, nothing for this inconvenience is ridiculous just legit so disappointing!!!!!

The staff sucks! There young, rude and unprofessional. They make up rules as they go. You never know when there accepting orders or not. I know the owner wouldn’t approve of this. Also….hanging up in a customers face….BIG NO NO!

I order a jumbo pizza for delivery. I was told that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Over an hour later I call back and they say that the driver basically took the pizza and that they were making another one that would be heading out in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later no pizza and the place is closed.

and went to windy city pizza works for the first time yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting malik who was working, he had a lot of customers but he was so patient and attentive taking orders, and checking on orders, and he gave me my order right away, malik handled all the customers in a polite and patient way and he was working effectively and in a proficient manner, so will definitely stop there again

We love Windy City Pizza!! Feeding the guy's today at work with a family pepperoni!! Absolutely delicious!!

What happened to this pizza!?!. My order on 3/12/25 was horrible!. There was hardly no sauce and the cheese was thin and hard. Their pizza use to be so good. This wasn't edible. I took one bite and it was tasteless and dry. Horrible.

Don't eat there unless you want to get sick. I worked there twice and it was theme dirtiest kitchen I've ever worked in. When the would rise overnite it would push the cooler door open and be on the floor. Just push it right back in with flooor flavoring. I also told rich the mushrooms were slimey and old. They smelled horrible. He made me use them. Don't eat there. Trust me

The pizza was good enough. It was done properly and had a good taste.
