Fantastic gem nestled in downtown Canton. We started with amazing seasonal cocktails, and fabulous appetizers. The roasted mushroom dip was delicious. Each of our four entrees were delightfully inspired and impeccably finished. They can be best described as a tender balance between upscale elegance and midwestern comfort. We finished with artfully simple yet tasty desserts. Bistro 101 is a great option for date night, and definitely worth the drive from Peoria.

I took my beautiful darling love of my life out for her birthday there and was very impressed with the exquisite tasty dinner. I had the maple salmon and she had the pork chops, OH so GOOD!
