ZERO or HORRIBLE customer service. Drinks made wrong. Wait too long inside or drive thru. I’ve personally Watched them work with out gloves. Saw them Drop spoons on the floor and still use them. I’ve Watched the manager yell at her employees and treat customers like garbage. I will never come here again. Filing a complaint with not only district but regional managers and will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau and possibly calling the health department bc...read full review
Y’all are POS of firing someone because the couldn’t have an ice cream cake done and ready in 24 hours. Let alone in one shift of 8hrs. The website also states 48 hrs not 8 hrs or 25 hrs. Y’all are a disgrace.
