Staff are usually preoccupied or lack customer service skills. There doesn't seem to be any leadership.the food is okay. Usually cold, even when you have to pull forward and wait for 5 + minutes.
Went through the drive thru and back booth was good at making sure that he didn't miss anything, no smiling faces though, but food was hot.Kid-friendliness: Really neat light up kids tables, and has a play placeWheelchair accessibility: Yes

There is such a huge difference between the drive through and going inside. The drive through is great and friends. Mostly accurate. But its ok to have an accident wilth the orders they get. And they very fast to fix it with a smile.Now, inside.... its another story. We no longer go inside to sit and eat.
