I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Great service and food. Desperately needs a remodel. Store has a late 70,s early eighties vibe, unless that's what you were going for if so you nailed it. The price of doing business is sometimes you have to spend money on aestitics,safety, and infrastructure. Spend the money I'm sure you will get more in return for doing so.

Hardee's offers a taste of classic fast food that stands out from the crowd. The service is great and the food is absolutely amazing. Their charbroiled burgers are a definite highlight, but the hand-breaded chicken strips are also fantastic—hot, crispy, and juicy. The restaurant is very clean and the food always tastes fresh. For breakfast, the biscuits and gravy are a favorite, and the blueberry biscuits are excellent. The hot ham and cheese and turnovers are also loved. The staff is absolutely amazing and so fun to be around, always in a good mood. However, some drivers find it unsafe that creamer and sugar are not put in the coffee, as balancing hot coffee while driving is a safety concern. The lobby is not the most comfortable and has been vacuumed while customers were sitting there. Overall, Hardee's is a top choice for fast food with great food and service.
