0 stars. Ordered a wrap with no tomato. When it came out it did have tomato on it, i asked if it could be remade. They scraped half of the contents off the wrap, smushed it together, brought it back cold and told me they remade it…. I told her it doesn’t look like they did, she walked away saying “im pretty sure they did” Only for me to find tomato sitting in the wrap again. Will never come back. Would avoid at all costs.

Order a burger to all I got was a patty with cheese and fries. Who the hell eats a patty without a bun?
This used to be one of my favorite places to come eat. I've been here many times over the years and ways loved it.
This last time was a different story. I always get the buffalo chicken strips and fries. The prices are now what I'd consider outrageous. The strips are 13 dollars and an oder of fries are 4. The food was cold which is unusual. They gave me a half filled ranch cup so I asked for another which they charged me for. I got the bill and it came out to 19 dollars. I gave her my card and when I got it back they had tacked on another 3% service charge making my total for chicken strips and fries 20 dollars.... That's with just drinking water. The girl also just preferred to yell at me from behind the bar rather than come to my table. Sad, but I don't think I'll probably ever come back. I've been coming here over 15 years but no more.

Official Time Out (OTO) is a laid-back bar and grill where you can relax on the patio but knows how to keep things fun. The staff is friendly, the service is solid, and it’s a good place to meet up, watch a game, or just take a break with your family. It’s everything you want in a local spot—simple, easy, and dependable.

We generally don't go to bars. We went to lunch after the game was over. My husband chose a table, and the waitress came over to get our drink and food orders.

The place has improved alot since they have new ownership. The waffle fries are delicious and crispy. They also have a very delicious but very rich peanut butter pie.

We had lunch at OTO today, I like to try new foods. The harvester burger was delicious, I was amazed by the flavor combinations with peanut butter and jalapeños along with the bacon and cheeseburger . The lemonade shake up with raspberry vodka is fantastic. The service is great and the atmosphere is very friendly.
