Princess makes 4-5/5 cupcakes, but the birthday cake they made for my 40th birthday was hands down the worst tasting cake I've ever had. It was literally a 0/5. My family frequently buys cakes, cheesecakes and cupcakes from this bakery, without complaint. My mother commissioned a 40th birthday cake be made for me. She told me that she was quoted in the $50 range for the cake and told the person I like knitting. She was expecting buttercream artwork, but I got a printed photo that might have been edible, but no one was really sure. I ate a piece and it was gross tasting and the mouth feel was off. My boyfriend, and I have to agree, said the cake tasted like it had been in the fridge for months. It was the foulest tasting cake I've ever had and to make things worse it was poorly, inconsistently frosted and they charged my mom close to $80. I felt so bad she spent to much money and honestly it was disgusting. I would much rather had Costco cake.

Ordered a mocha cake It was nothing that I expected. It tasted more like a chocolate cake then any. The frosting was to sweet. The cake itself was okay.

Not only do they have amazing cupcakes, but they are so amazing to work with! I’m dairy and sugar free and they are awesome at helping me with those accommodations! We definitely ordered a lot of tasty sweets for our wedding day next year!

We had high hope's for my sisters wedding cake. There was no silver as requested and we were told when the cake was ordered that it would not have to be refrigerated. The same day we picked it up we took it to the church in peoria immediately after picking it up. The frosting on the top tier fell off and to make it clear we had the AC on full blast!!!! We will not be returning.
They made my experience amazing. The cupcakes I ordered we amazing. And they were quick and ready. Thank you so much

My coworker purchased a variety box of cookies from this shop today. Since I tried one, I thought why don't I leave a fellow "baker" a review. The cookie was hard as a rock and also bland. There was zero "cookies and cream" flavor and all fat (honestly either margarine or shortening or oil. Butter doesn't taste that terrible).Typically I would never come to another page to leave a review like this. I support ALL cottage bakers in the area and have referred several orders to this shop, in spite of constant efforts to stunt my business' growth. The icing on the cake was the owner, Suella, talking trash to my coworker about me this morning. Sister... you're barking up the wrong tree. Stop harassing me and leave me, my business, and now my position at my place of employment alone.You didn't lose business because of me. You lost it because you can not bake. "You're a decorator, not a baker". Straight from the horses mouth when she employed me.
