I ordered a turkey slider and a cherry turnover. The sandwich was cold. The cashier told a coworker that she charged me for a French dip, and she didn't fix it. Not a very good experience.

We tried the new loaded Italian and it was really good. Fries were fresh and hot. Krista who took our order was very nice and friendly and quick service. We definitely will be back to visit this Arby's.

Ah they are a roast beef place and out of roast beef. I guess Arby's you don't actually have the meats do you?

Food was barely warm besides the mozzarella sticks, the lobby was dirty, floors sticky, all tables dirty, restroom was iffy .. one employee was vaping from outside to the doorway entrance after taking a drive thru order out to a parked car… the rest of the employees was all on their phones and barely paying attention to customers.. the one who took my order was actually scrolling on his phone as I was ordering a $45 order for dine in.. not sure what has happened but this Arby’s store is the one I frequent most; almost always clean and employees gave never been this rude .. ..

Blue Ocean

I have been going here for over a decade.
This place has always been reliable, but the last 3 times I have been here at night (hours before closing time) the workers try to not give service to ANYONE. They would make up reasons when confronted.
Tonight Wednesday July 2nd, at 10PM (1AM closing time), I went to the drive-through, waited 5 minutes because I couldn't hear anyone, but after waiting no one answered. I drove to the checkout window and saw a caucasian worker with a beard, and once he saw me, he immediately HID!
Then I drove back to the speaker, and -calmly- told them that 10PM was not closing time, and that I will be speaking to the manager. After all this time I hadn't heard ANYONE, but right after I mentioned that I will be speaking to the manager, a lady (employee) came up and started -shouting- at me (through the speaker).
I have not interacted with any of these two worker throughout the decade I have visited this business. Hiring practices need to be improved.

Stopped in for lunch last week. Purchased a chicken bacon Swiss meal. Curly fries were great but the chicken sandwich was not. The chicken was overdone and hard. The Swiss cheese wasn't warm but rather just placed on and served. My booth I sat at was dirty from previous customer. Screaming child and homeless man inside made for an annoying experience as well.

This restaurant has the worst and most lazy management I’ve ever seen and I’ve got years of experience in back of house, and some experience in front of house. The staff is so snobby it’s outrageous. Walk in there and ask for the manager, I swear as soon as they walk to front line you can feel the negative energy radiating off of her. Absolutely disgusting
