Stopped in for lunch last week. Purchased a chicken bacon Swiss meal. Curly fries were great but the chicken sandwich was not. The chicken was overdone and hard. The Swiss cheese wasn't warm but rather just placed on and served. My booth I sat at was dirty from previous customer. Screaming child and homeless man inside made for an annoying experience as well.
Love the people that work in Arby's they are so nice Jarod Smith and jaquavious Oliver and Randolph are so very nice every time I come in the food is great and they never mess up my order thanks guys you are amazing
This store seems to make it as difficult as possible to place any order for volume, even when it's days in advance. The mobile app limits the order size, so I called the store to place the order. They refused to take my order over the phone. I proceeded to split my large order into two smaller orders on the mobile app. When I arrived to pick up my orders, they weren't ready. When they did get them ready, I requested a large cardboard box to help me transport the 8 bags...
