Took 20mins to make 1 sandwich. No bbq sauce and asked for sprouts didn't recieve them. Disappointing

i placed an order for delivery today. I have been trying to support local restaurants and today was Emma and Arnie's turn. It was a bit past the expected delivery time and my food had not arrived so I called found out there was a mistake but they were making it and it would be here soon. Ultimately it took a liitle longer than planned. I was annoyed and hangry but I understand these things happen and once I'd eaten my reuben I was fine.. All of the food was delicious like alw
The food tasted good but some sandwiches were below par
Wow! Best sandwiches in southern Illinois. Had “Robins special” which is a simple ham and Swiss. Pickles are sweet and delicious and the ingredients were top notch.

Just had my first sandwich from Emma & Arnie's and I loved it, will absolutely be ordering again!
We ordered for the first time today for curbside pickup. Service was great and food was even better. Our family tried the Boskeydell, French Dip and Reuben and everyone was very pleased. Definitely will be returning!
