this place is an untapped goldmine!!! it’s on a beautiful property with a garden out front, the building is very large for a cafe, it’s right next to a college campus, the food and drinks are wonderful…. but the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place is horrible. the aforementioned garden is unkept and a disaster. lacking doesn’t even properly describe the interior.. it’s like the worst setup i’ve ever seen. inside are shabby and cheap tables and chairs, the lights...
I go here all the time. The boba tea is great, and the price is really good compared to other places I've been. It's a nice place to hang out with friends, or just to sit and chill alone.
I've come here in blistering cold just to get boba.

Will always stay as a core memory for me. Discovered it very late even though I stayed very nearby to this place.
Moved to Seattle, tried every crepe place here & nothing matched what I used to find here. Miss this place a lot!! :)
