I work at a brewery so I know how things go. But a new POS is no excuse for our service. We ordered the wings and a pitcher of beer special and waited over an hour for food. Checked on our food for the third time and just got it to go. Hopefully the place turns things around and gets it's system ironed out. The wings were Very good, and the beer was ok. Oktoberfest in March is a bit suspect? Did we make too much? Was it bad and didn't sell??? Otherwise just call it a Marzen.

Food was excellent! Service great as well. Our waitress was very informative. It was our first time there. It was a very pleasant experience and I'm certain we'll be back. Our drive was at least an hour and half to get there. Well worth the drive. They also had a great beer list.

Went there today with a large group of friends when ordering our food the bartender was very pleasant and very friendly! The food was excellent and fairly priced. However there was lady that was going around telling tables about some of their events. We had a younger girl with us because this is advertised as a family friendly establishment and I’ve brought families here before. This lady, which I am assuming is a manager, because she was just walking around talking to tables, said some explicit language to her. It was very rude and untasteful for being a nicer place. It was very disrespectful to say this to a high schooler. Then when attempting to order more drinks at the same spot we had placed our order, the same lady said “you see those cups that means it’s closed” there was no way we could have known it was closed and we had been waiting a while before she said anything. The delivery was just rude. I’ve been here countless times and staff has always been so nice but this lady seemed to be having a bad night. I understand it was a busy night and I myself work in customer service but come on it’s Christmas time and it’s not hard to be kind especially to your customers. Hopefully this isn’t everyone’s experience.

Wow wow wow !! Went on a Saturday and got the rib special. Blew my girlfriend and I away ! The smoked potato salad perfectly complements the delicious sauce that they put on the ribs. Good vibes and nice bartenders.

Great food, amazing service, and the outdoor area was wonderful. Semi pricey 2 drinks and a meal was around 60 dollars. But bartender was nice and knowledgeable!

Good vibe however the vodka and cranberry tasted like chemicals. I ordered a second with top shelf vodka and it had same taste. The wings tasted like they had been boiled in water. They had no flavor and were soggy. The bartender was rude when I told her about it. Maybe from reading previous reviews and having the same complaint, I would suggest revisiting their bartender/manager etiquette training.

Service was terrible. Had the rudest bartender. She snatched my debit card out of my hand from across the bar when I was trying to cash out. Had the worst and nastiest attitude the entire interaction. Owner was right there and so unbothered by this interaction. Not the way to treat a paying customer. Never going back.
