Absolutely Terrible Service — Avoid at All Costs
We had a reservation for a team event made well in advance, and what we got was nothing short of a disaster. Servers vanished into thin air — we sat for 40 minutes with zero service. Not a drink order, not a hello, nothing.
When we finally flagged down the manager, instead of fixing the problem, we were asked if we wanted to “discontinue service or keep waiting.” That’s not hospitality — that’s negligence.
- Families in our group left out of sheer frustration. - Food crawled out of the kitchen at a snail’s pace. - Drink orders were ignored. - Plates were wrong, missing, or never delivered at all.
This wasn’t just bad service — it was complete incompetence. A reservation should mean readiness, not abandonment. If you value your time, your money, or basic respect, steer clear.
