Kasey is an amazing waitress she handle the whole dining room by herself and always was happy unbelievable service they need to give her a raise I highly recommend when you come to Carbondale Buffalo wild wings us for her five star personality all the way

There was the smaller menu—the one with promos or whatever—and I point to the chicken cheese-whatever sandwhich being advertised. It was the one on the bottom of the menu.
When food comes, I notice immediatley it’s steak and not chicken. My waitress had disappeared and didn’t return for over ten minutes. I wasn’t sure how to flag her down as the table behind me had and she threw down the vacuum she had and groaned then dragged her feet over to the table. She finally comes back around and I say “I’m so sorry, I wanted the chicken.” And she rolls her eyes and goes “I didn’t hear you say that.” And takes the plate and once she’s slightly out of range GROANS LOUDLY and I have never felt so uncomfortable. My friend reassures me that I did say chicken and even pointed at the picture.
When she returned with the food, she threw the plate down. I shouldve denied the food, I did not want to be there anymore.
As I write this, I’m vomitting up said sandwhich. My friends love Buffalo Wild Wings so I guess we go often so it’s odd for me to be sick from the food.
I’m very uncomfortable attending this restaurant.

I haven’t had such a great service from a Buffalo Wild Wings in a while until today our waiter named Tony was such a friendly and welcoming person and he really made the experience so much better! I really appreciate how accommodating he was and just how fast he was to get everything done.
Our waiter, Tony, was very pleasant and hard working. Had him once before and had the same impressive service. Thank you!!

Sat here for 30 mins, (writing this review as I walk back to my car) no one came to take our drink order….NOTHING. Waitress came by once and said, “I’ll be with you in a minute!” So we just left. It was crowded but it wasn’t THAT crowded…every table had drinks and food except for us.
