What's the point of using the app online to order your food when you get here and you still have to pull forward and wait

Ordered a mushroom and Swiss melt combo and got a small mushroom and Swiss burger. The guy giving out the order was not friendly and I was already drove away before knowing they gave me the wrong order.

Our mobile pick-up of three impossible whoppers was supposed to be done at 6:26.
They did not bring them out to the car until 7:08. Two other orders were brought out to other customers before ours, even though we ordered earlier.
