I’ve always bought at this Burger King and the staff has been generally friendly. But I’m a little upset how this establishment never seems to have cup holders. I sometimes order many drinks and it’s annoying that they hand out drinks individually when cup holders would help a lot!
SLOW!!! This BK is ALWAYS at snail pace. I visit this one quite a bit and they are considerably SLOWER than their counterpart across town here in Carbondale. Brand new building (2023) and no dine in (which I like) are a couple of bonuses. Just don't expect "FAST" food.
First food is always good! But at every BK when I go to order the 2 for $5 whopper jr I get interrupted every time. Why? I always start off with saying "I want to 2 for $5 whopper jr's" and before I can even say which ones I want I get interrupted or like today when I started to say which ones I got interrupted because I didn't say jr after whopper when I specifically said 2 for $5 at the beginning. Very frustrating. Let customers order and then ask questions.
