I am real sick and tired of this place shorting me on my food. Especially the chicken fries. I pay extra for a 12 piece and almost EVERY DANG TIME I'm shorted AT LEAST two or three of them. Like tonight.

My food was fine but as I was waiting at the window an employee working the drive thru sneezed on a drink that was just made and literally wiped up his snot off of the counter and did not remake the drink at all. Very happy he was not the person who gave me my food.

Recieved ice cold jr whopper. Immediately took it back. The cashier rolled her eyes at me and had them remake without even apologizing. Then the onion rings mushy.

To be honest, slow, Poor customer service Minimum effort (Asked customer to pull forward for hot fries but wouldn’t walk them to car) But!!! The burger looked and tasty
Pulled up there was people in the parking lot cussing and yelling it seem like I ordered too much for them. To fix they got one of my orders completely wrong. I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive through....

Love that they have their play area with the good play ground still,if you know what I mean, you know how treasured that is. Foods typical, order is always right, service is great, but we go cuz it's cheap and the kids can burn off some energy.

Travis and Dan are awesome. They get my order right every time, are super kind to my little one, and always have fresh food for us. Sometimes there's a wait but that's no problem , it's understandable because everything comes out HOT. Best BK around, no doubt. And shout out to Travis and Dan again because I swear everytime I go in, they're always the ones behind the counter....and doing a great job at it.
