Placed a mobile order using the app while standing in the lobby that gave me a pick up time of 11:51. Stood in the lobby by the pick up sign and still didn’t receive my food until 12:15! Only for my whopper jr to be wrong, it was left completely plain without any toppings. Wasn’t worth sending it back as I didn’t have any desire to wait another 20+ minutes for it to be fixed.

The last time I came here my boyfriend found a decent size piece of plastic in his burger. I didn’t leave a review then, but I am now because I just went again and they forgot my sons entire meal except the drink, the food was cold and I made a pick up order, and when I got to the window I asked the girl if I could do a separate order for 2 cookies with the rewards and she just stared at me like I was stupid and it was a lot of work for her and had to go get her manager. I don’t understand the what the big deal was but if you don’t wanna do your job then don’t get one, just saying. The manager was nice about it though, I wasn’t trying to make there job harder cause they were a lil busy but still, it was just 2 cookies🤷🏼♀️

Frequent Burger King customer but as of recently these workers cannot seem to get the simplest order right. I get the fiery chicken sandwich with no lettuce no tomato only the fiery sauce and I’ve been charged extra for only firery sauce. The total changes every time. Ask for sauce at the window and then reiterated it once more (because I knew they would forget the sauce) when paying to not get the sauce after asking twice ??? I mean it’s really not that hard to get a simple order right when it’s supposed to be your job. Mind you I was the only one in the line, 3 workers in there more worried about cleaning their lobby instead of attending to customers.

They have roaches....the employees don't take out the garbage and I'm pretty sure that's black mold on the soda dispenser... Don't eat here.

Not only gave me the wrong order, was rude on the phone and I offered to give my order as so I wouldn't have to waste more time. Nope. Said I should just come in. Arrived barely got a sorry for the inconvenience. Sadly the lone manager I feel bad for her. Looked very stressed and seemed pretty chaotic. Next I got my food pretty quickly but forgot the condiments. All in all doubt I'll return anytime soon.

Went There on Sunday am Ordered the 2 junior wopper for $5.00. When i got to my vehicle then opened bag, i found 2 whopper junior burgers half unwraped and falling apart. It was absolutley digusting. Will not be returing to this burgerking location again. Do not think the staff really really gives a dam about there customers. What happened to there glorius but absurd marketing saying You rule at BK. They are as bad as Mc Donalds.
