I have been going to Chili's for years. This was my best experience ever. The waitress was awesome the other staff were also great. I will be back.

We have to travel 60 miles to eat at Chili’s. We do not have one in our town. Wish we did! Enjoyed it all. Anytime we go out of town we look to see if there is a Chili’s to go eat.
Loud. Waitress was excellent. Seating is comfortable. Food is great, but it's always too much. I'd like to have a senior menu.

Food was good. But I had to eat with a plastic fork and spoon as they were out of metal ones. It is not very easy to eat steak with plastic silverware. Still confused about how that could happen. Waitress messed up order on my side dishes. She fixed it but between plastic forks and messed up order did not make for best experience.
Keep your auto generated apologies to yourselves. There will absolutely not be a next time at this place for me! There is no doing better next time. Do right like what you should’ve done in the first place and there would be no complaint about your manager or his smug attitude. How about stop handing orders out to people who never placed or paid for them and denied the now previous customer a replacement. Even if I wasn’t being truthful, in which I am. What’s a $30 order compared to the $150 in orders you give out for free in error because of your staff and their negligence. There won’t be a next time so don’t reply saying you hope you can make my experience better next time because there won’t be one.

Water had stuff floating in it. Was an hour until we got our food. The food was hot, but still put the mayo on my burger when I told them not to. Small portion of fries
