Ordered delivery. It never arrived and had to go pick it up myself or I would have never received it. They did however keep the delivery fee and delivery tip. My food sat on the warmer for over an hour. Disgusting.

I had my EXACT order repeated to me multiple times and both the pizza and 2 liter sprite was 26 but my deliverer came to the door and said they never got the soda when they told me three times they had the soda and the pizza and I still ending up paying 26 for only the pizza

For the second time in 2 months they messed up on my pizzas, I ordered EXTRA sauce paying 3$ more per pizza becuase dominos is FAMOUS for skimping the base sauce making there food taste like cardboard if it doesn't have it. Spoke with the general manager named mikey clearly I was irritated becuase now I have to wait 30 minutes for my pizzas to be remade. His response was basically like he didn't give a shit. 30$ order I won't be back to dominos in carbondale Illinois. There customer service is poor and they clearly don't read the order put in.

Shantelle was amazing! The best customer service I have received from dominos in 25 years! It had turned out they were out of a product I wanted and she made my replacement and my meal oh so correct!!! Thanks again doll!

Wouldn't listen told me they have it in there computer I have bunch of coupons they have given on file. I guess the point i have earned is them giving me the credit for the mix up. Then told me they have me in the system on to watch out for.
Gave my food to the wrong house for my delivery, after waiting an hour and a half. They finally get to my house with no food and let me know this. So I’m cool with the girl and just say “I’m hungry, I want my food but I don’t think I should have to pay for delivery when it took you guys 3 hours to get it to me. They offered me $16 credit, then $20 credit for my next order. Why would I order from you after having this type of customer service? I asked for a full refund and took my money to another location.
The delivery driver even said “ yeah, after an hour of you waiting you should get the food for free for sure.” Piss more management all around.

They still have the $20 Deal but I'm Rating 3 Stars instead of 5 Because they Removed the 2 Liter Soda Bottle from the Deal and they Only Give you the 2 Pizzas and Side Appetizers Now.
This store always serves the best pizzas and the workers are always helpful!
