There is no worse customer service or ruder people than Don Taco. They abhor their customers and it shows. The food may be good, but its not worth supporting such terrible human beings. If you havent had a run in with them yet, you will, its only matter of time. Stand on principle and avoid Don Taco at all costs.

I love having the convenience of Don Taco here in Carbondale, and their food is pretty good. They have the poorest customer service skills! I mean it is bad! For as much money as People spend with them, you would think they will be a little bit more patient with People, and it's really bad calling in to place an order! I am on a thin line between not eating there at all anymore. They need to have some type of customer service training for everyone who works there!

Paid for rice and beans on a quesadilla, did not get rice or beans on said quesadilla. They always get skimpy on ingredients and/or portions later in the night. Love this place during the day but at night they're terrible to go to. Guys like you're getting scammed paying 30 bucks for a quesadilla and nachos

I ordered delivery the delivery driver couldn’t find my address tried to call me I didn’t recognize the number so I didn’t answer they send my food back I call and ask about the status of my delivery they tell me because the delivery driver couldn’t get in touch with me they will not refund me my money or deliver my food I go up there no manager on duty had to wait like 30 for the manager to pull up in her nice automobile to refund me told me she couldn’t refund me at first and tried to give me the cold food from a hour and thirty minutes ago until my boyfriend started talking because you gone remake my food or give me my money back period they had to give me my money so they banned me ??
I got 2 burrito combos, when I bit into the burrito, I had to double check that I didn’t order a veggie burrito! Barely any meat, all lettuce. I paid 27 dollars for a head of lettuce pretty much. I feel like I been robbed. Even the sprinkle of meat that I got tasted dry. I didn’t know that’s how yall stay in business is by ripping people off. The only thing good about my meal is the blue Powerade on tap.

i’m not one to do this often but i wanna start by saying the customer service always sucks. rude, inconsiderate, and constantly looking like they hate their job. But what’s even worse is the fact that I order a papas locas and am eating straight paper. they line the container with paper that dissolves as soon as hot cheese touches it. my food has never not once had paper all over it and forced to be thrown away once the bottom layer is what’s left. do not recommend.

Love the food, have gone many times. However they serve drunk people that cut first!! Was waiting in line, this person cut me which was obvious- literally 3 people apologized. But still took his order and entertained him for 5 min before I had enough and left

The food was great. The music was a bit loud. It appears it's very popular because by the time we left people were waiting to be seated. The waiter was very kind. Only complaint is the music was trying to cover the conversation of the customers and was way too loud.
