Would give 0 stars if I could. Woman working there couldn’t even speak English, didn’t understand what I was asking for at all and was apparently the manager. Bagels were stale and hard as rocks. This Dunkin used to be good, would not recommend giving them your money now

Very disappointed with our DD. They fired everyone and now they are slow. No one knows what they are doing! I will be finding a new coffee spot! If you stop here plan on being there for at least 20 minutes or more in the DT!!!!

This place,next to a Subway fast food submarine sandwich shop in Carbondale IL, has a sink 🕳️ hole not a pot hole, a sink hole, both operations or businesses need to do better. Funkin Dunkin employees were very pleasant( that's all you have for returning customers,,,)both visits drive up and sit down The employees were attentive and did their best. DUBWAY, SUBWAY NO EMPLOYEE(S) PRESENT. DIRTY FLOORS, DOORS, AND IT SMELLED LIKE ROTTED VEGETABLES OR ROTTED FOOD PRODUCTS. I PURCHASED A LEMONDE TYPE SOFT DRINK AFTER WAITING AN EXTENDED AMOUNT OF TIME. THE SOFT DRINK STATION AT Subway was disgusting! The employee on duty was curt & rude. Without any comments from myself. I will FOREVER take a pass on visiting either place. Shared parking lot with signs laying on the ground and sink 🕳️ holes!. Do better! Please! I try to give positive reviews because , stuff happens! Dunkin' employees were pleasant.The products not worthy.

one of the best and most consistent Dunkin’ Donuts i’ve ever been to. i’d say I order from here at least three times a week and my food/latte is always phenomenal, i always get the same thing and the workers there know me and know my order by heart, it’s just such a friendly, refreshing atmosphere. a barista by the name of Key (i’m sorry if i’m spelling it wrong) really warmed my heart today with her bubbly personality, her humor and her kindness. genuinely made my morning and was an amazing reminder of the kindness of strangers
The manager at this location (white wide older female) was hesitant to give me a refund because I didn't like the quality of their food As well as them getting the order wrong. She was trying to argue with me that the donuts were glazed, but they were dry . She asked me how I would like the refund. I told her through card and She asked me to answer it and I asked her can I use Apple Pay since my card is in my card and she said yeah I can do Apple Pay and then give me cash and i'm like huh? And she was like it's too late. And I asked her how was it too late because you just asked me how I would like my payment but you end up giving me cash anyway and then She almost lied saying I said I didn't want to use my card and backtracked herself . I asked her what's wrong with her and why is she making it a big deal that I just wanna refund I'm not causing any issues. and then she she gives me the refund and asks for my name and told one of the workers how to remember this receipt she's going to talk about it later . weird ! i didn't know it was so difficult to get a refund here .

Just bought a drink from there, a specialty drink. Wanted a different drink that was listed on the menu. They said they didn't have it any more. So I think they need to take it off menu..... after getting the drink we ordered nobody says anything to you, not even a Thank You. One drink is almost $8.00. Courtesy please!!!!! Nobody seems happy at their job.

The first time I went there, my drink was wonderful. Now the past few times I've went there, it's been awful. My most recent visit made me where I'm never coming back. Me and my friend got drinks and it looked nothing like the picture. It tasted terrible. They said they didn't have half the ingredients. Usually I'm the one who isn't the type to want a refund but this drink didn't remotely taste good at all. Never coming back.
