Was in Carbondale for work for a few days and my hosts brought me here for lunch one day. I found El Paisano to be as good, or better, than several of the "authentic" Mexican restaurants in my hometown.The chips were perfect and the salsa had a perfect blend of flavor and spiciness; not too much and not too little. They did bring other sauces to add if one desired more heat though.I ordered three chorizo street tacos which were incredible, with more than enough meat...
Very good service we wanted something that was not on the menu and their response was right now we will do it excellent service and flavor
