Dillion was an amazing service today for us, the food was better than expected and was given alternatives to accommodation my taste I was looking for. Changing from Alfredo sauce to a garlic butter sauce was absolutely perfect definitely coming back and the bread stick was hot and delicious. My daughter said they sometimes come for the bread sticks alone. This was my first visit and definitely won’t be the last. If your in the mood for pasta you must visit

Today Sat October 25th 2025 Morgan was waiting on us today. Took our order, brought our food our table, waited on everyone else, cleaned tables, and ran back and forth to the register. And she did it all with a smile on her face! It was such a pleasure to eat at Fazolis today. Thank you! ❤️

Betty and Dylan were so fun and friendly! They make the Carbondale location shine. Betty checked us out for our lunch and she was so kind. Dylan brought our food to the table was very kind and checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was okay. This fazolis sets the standard for how they should all be.
