Betty and Dylan were so fun and friendly! They make the Carbondale location shine. Betty checked us out for our lunch and she was so kind. Dylan brought our food to the table was very kind and checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was okay. This fazolis sets the standard for how they should all be.

My first time ever eating Fazoli's yesterday, and I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly, my food was ready pretty quickly, and it was super fresh. The price is unbeatable. I will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you for providing such great service and food, at such a great price 😊

Extremely friendly staff, Dylan was absolutely awesome and made sure we had a great experience.
It looks like they revamped the menu, and it's incredible now. The quality and taste of the food improved massively, and with a more refined menu they were able to cook our order so fast that we barely even sat down before it came out to us.
