I tried multiple times over the course of days to make a reservation and they never answered the phone. We finally showed up figuring they must only take walk ins and after waiting several minutes for the hostess to show up at her station was told they were completely full and a reservation was required. I asked why then it was impossible to get to get ahold of anyone there to make a reservation by phone and was rudely told they were too busy to answer the phone. I guess they must not need any additional customers and they certainty will never have us as customers in the future.

Was wondering how we were able to walk into such a restaurant without reservations on New Years Eve, but found out why. Service was atrocious. Everything took 15+ minutes and the restaurant was not that busy. 15 minutes for our first drink, old fashions which you couldn't even taste the whiskey in. 15 minutes for bread and butter, with hair in the butter, 15 minutes till the appetizer, actually the best part of the meal. Another 20-25 minutes for our entrée, a MR filet and seared tuna. While both were decent, The steak was pushing past medium and the tuna was cold. Which indicates to me the server just left it sitting while probably working on closing duties or something. I ordered a beer to go with my meal which never arrived and was not checked on beyond the first bite of food. So, after an hour and forty minutes and $130, I was left wishing we had just gont to Chili's.

Got a steak it was all fat , was burnt and Bland and the broccoli was Bland and burnt and me and my boyfriend got a salad in his was twice as big as mine and they gave me rotten tomatoes they gave my boyfriend all the good food and gave me trash food Bland burnt disgusting wilted. I've never had such a bad experience at this restaurant typically it's good. Didn't pay for it and we left

Fantastic steaks! My husband said it was the best Ribeye he’s had in a very long time. Visited on a weekend stay to Carbondale. We arrived around 7:30pm on Saturday and thankfully there was no wait. Comfy booths with high backs. Excellent staff, very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend the Root Vegetable Hash, never heard of it but oh so good.

This used to be my favorite restaurant in town but now 90% of the menu includes mushrooms and the filet comes bacon wrapped. They refused to substitute any of the meals. I am allergic to mushrooms and I don't eat pork. They were also out of burgers and desserts tonight when I went. I do not recommend this place any more 0/10 recommend.
