Had the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, they were amazing! Had prime rib for the main course,it was soooo good. Our server was Justin K. he was super nice& a great waiter!! We vacation in Carbondale every year,this was our first time here,however it won't be our last. Check them out when in the area,we'll worth it!!
A great place to have a date, a celebration or just a comfortable meal. The prime rib on Friday is outrageous. Done to perfection. Service is exceptional every time. Cocktails are expensive but, in my opinion, worth it if you are splurging. Not a cheap meal, but quality steaks aren't cheap. Highly recommend.
My wife and I are visiting the area and looked on Google for a place to grab supper. We checked out Flame with managed expectations. When we arrived the host was very friendly and seated us immediately, without a reservation. The restaurant was quiet and well kept.
