I just waited 45 minutes for 1 dpprdash order even the manager the older man didnt care he literally didn't care my customer had to call to complain and he still didnt care absolutely ridiculous service a bunch of people collecting a check looking around instead of actually working how can the owner tolerate such a thing doesn't he care about his buisness
Spent 11 minutes in the drive thru while 6 employees stood around talking, my order was literally 2 items. A large shake and a large dr. Pepper. I drove off at minute 11 without anyone even taking a payment from me. This location is run by incompetence.

This is the second time in a month a certain person in the drive thru has handed me a soda with absolutely no ice whi wants hot soda. NOT ME
Lady who took our order was nice when getting the food and getting it correct was a little harder. We decided not to bother with it since we were just passing through and stopped for food and had to get back on the road

The staff came out from behind to counter twice to check on me. They gave me an extra large service of frys. The food was hot.

$8= 6 tater tots and a cheese burger no thicker than a stick of gum. I couldn't taste nothing but lettuce. RIDICULOUS!

Seems to be struggling keeping up with mobile, counter and drive thru
It’s a hit or miss here with the shift that’s working. I try to come when I know a certain shift member is working because the service is always better. That shift member or manager make sure it’s a good service. Who cares a lot more all in all is a good place to stop and eat.
From Chicago came I. Late right before closing after hiking all day. Was worried they would be on shitty side because the place was empty but they were SO NICE AND CHEERFUL!!
Food was great, def plan on coming back... It was our first time ever eating at a Freddy's as well 🤩
