We went in for lunch today. For starters it was filthy in there. The counter where the sodas are to be dispensed was not stocked and there was soda spills everywhere. The ketchup dispenser had no cups. There were no lids available for the soda cups either. None of the tables were clean so I used a wet wipe I had to clean ours. The buns of both of our same hi hrs were so thin that both of our sandwiches fell apart. It just wasn’t good and I love Freddy’s. Do better it can’t be that hard to clean and stick items but especially clean it was so gross in there today.
I didn't wait too long to get my food I waited maybe about 15 minutes. But they are understaffed, and the place is a little bit dirty but again hopefully they hire more people and they'll be able to fix up you know the small issues.
Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs for smaller children and a seating area for families with children.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have automated doors where you press a button and it opens for people

My mother and I walked into the establishment and looked at the menu for a few moments before being ready to order. We walked up to the counter only to be standing there for 15 with no service and the employees arguing in the back about personal issues they have with each other. Not only that but we had employees look at us but never take our order or verbally acknowledge we were even there. Walking in, immediately you notices that you're going to slip on the floor if you're not careful because of the grease and grime coating the floor. We got fed up of waiting and on our way to leave the establishment, if you looked in the back, all the employees were grouped together as they watched and listened to two women argue with eachother. No one was doing their job. Definitely not going back there again.

I'd like to start off by saying we have had Freddy's in multiple States. This location has to be one of the worst that we have ever been to. The chicken sandwiches were cold. The chicken was colder than the tomatoes. Paid $40.... For disappointment. Worst food experience I have had in years. Both myself and my wife threw up all of our food.

Sat at the drive thru window for 7 minutes. The hood culture employees inside did not even acknowledge me. There was no customers inside either. Have some respect for yourself and the business you run and hire some respectable employees. Preferly people that don't act and dress like Cardi B.Have some common sense.

A great place to go eat at any time of the day. Workers are friendly. Atmosphere was inviting. Clean + place to eat. And if it's a summertime it's more inviting because of the AC turned on and it felt so good in that place.

Just had a long day, felt like ice cream. Was really excited to try Freddy’s for the first time. I get there and order 1 ice creams with cookie dough. Being the only one in line, I wait 15 minutes in line but whatever. After all that time I get my ice cream and I go home. I get home and open the lid to see they gave me plain vanilla ice cream. Absolutely never going back again and would not recommend. whether this is due to the actual franchise, owner or workers is still up for debate.
