Placed an order for delivery (one single sandwich) and it was confirmed at 2:35. But the food didn’t arrive until 3:23. Almost an hour for delivery is crazy when the delivery address is only 7 minutes away

Ordered a 30$ sandwich, they didn’t put the chicken on it, delivers chicken to my workplace, then I put the chicken on the sandwich and eat while I enjoy my lunch break— and then when I look at my last bite there’s small black hairs in it. DISGUSTING. Never eating there again.

Cashier was very polite however, when we received our wraps, my wrap was not cut went up to the counter and ask if they could cut my wrap. They said no it was a health hazard. They did not have any solution to the problem. I was unable to eat my wrap because I did not have accessibility to a knife to cut it very dissatisfied with this employee at the Carbondale location so whoever is running the Carbondale Jimmy John’s needs to teach their employees how to be polite to customers and how to handle situations
Parking: Parking is inconvenient when you have to pay to park to run to get food I believe if merchants are there, they should have paid parking for their customers

This Jimmy John's has carried me for the entire academic year. It's like the only food I can get after 8:00 pm and has an immaculate vibe. I've probably had like eight #7s since August, and I reckon that number will increase.

NASTY… Literally throwing this food away. No one was wearing gloves. -Girl who was rolling bread dough literally scratched her face with dough in her hands and continued rolling the dough. -Skinny guy literally was picking his nose and wiping snot on his shirt. -My food was wrapped and sitting on the counter when I walked in and it wasn’t bagged and they told me I could bag it myself.
We just got it to go but it was delicious. Would definitely try it again soon.

I guess I came in on a bad day. Had my hands full and the guy at the register refused to hand me my drink cup and just watched as I struggled to get it myself. I also asked for no tomatoes and wound up with tomatoes on my sandwich.
