Underwhelming-- you are better off somewhere else! My wife and I visited this Jimmy John's on Saturday the 17th around noon. Pro-- my wife and I bought a Club Lulu and it did taste good. Now all the Cons-- 1) the price! yikes we paid $15+ just for our Club Lulu sandwich alone. That seems a bit rough! 2) The fountain soda was more carbonated water than anything else 3) where were the napkins? 4) The bathroom was quite dirty with the remains of the toilet paper rolls on the floor and 5) the sandwich makers' attitude seemed more suited for a prison mess hall than a restaurant! Needless to say, we won't going there anymore. We don't have that much money to waste!

Service absolutely sucks here. There is nothing freaky fast about this location. I've traveled all over the United States. And I honestly have to say that this one is the worst. Unfortunately it would be my local location that's the worst. Between being on hold for over 15 min while trying to place an order, or waiting anywhere from an hour to one and a half hours for delivery is horrible. Either get your stuff together or just shut down and save us the headache
