Lost our order for 300 pcs of chicken completely ruining the dinner at my mother's 80th birthday party and although they remembered the order guess it got lost. Their solution...make everyone wait 3 hours while we fry it and then charge us the regular price. Glad I live in Florida where we have Publix and great customer service...Kroger you SUCK!

Customer service sucks! The Manager is no help at all. Mr Hayes was probably rolling in his grave and the options they gave for their mistake! D. Humble you need some more training. You did not even know how to refund my stuff. Pitiful service!

Bought 3 quarts of whipping cream last week. The first made me sick, then I found chunks in it (I mean, sometimes the whipping cream makes butter chunks, but this was not that). The other two I bought? Same chunks. Your customer service didn't really care, just kept telling me how I could get my refund (which note, they said I couldn't get using my account with e-receipt proof, must have product or physical receipt... plus I live nearly 30 miles away). I asked if they needed the product code or something from them, so they could pull or at least check additional items. "Oh. Um, well, I mean, we tell the dairy managers and they take care of it." I asked even if people are getting sick, and got, "oh, um." I hung up. BTW, corporate easily credited my account... which I'll use in Murphysboro.

I placed a simple cookie cake order for my son's birthday today on Saturday to be picked up today at 5 and how convenient they forgot to tell me after the Assistant Mgr took my order in person that there's no cookie cake available!!!!! I received a phone call at 12:16 today letting me know there's no pcookie cake available for me to pick up today at 5 p.m. and of course I was at work where I'm not allowed to have a cell phone and I did not get this message until I got off at 430. The Manager that came to phone was ignorant. ?????? I should have been notified more than 4 hours in advance. SMH.

People are friendly. Produce is excellent. Wide selection of organic and vegetarian foods in the store. The prices are the best. People in checkout are friendly. Tammy is always nice.

We just left the store and the manager and our check out girl were. Absolutely wonderful! They had two people causing some trouble and they both handled it with the utmost respect even though it wasn’t deserved! Shout out to to both of you , great job ! Love this store!

The pharmacy at the Carbondale store is failing miserably! The drive thru is no longer available and wait times inside are an hour plus. Who has time to stand in line for over an hour? They need to pause the vaccines and focus on filling prescriptions until they can properly staff the pharmacy.

My family and I shop here 3 to 4 times a month spending hundreds of dollars. As I was checking out in the self checkout one of the cashiers stood over my shoulder the entire time and after I finished asked “aren’t you going to pay for the wipes” I can understand asking me if I forgot to pay for them, or even asking if I previously purchased them. She assumed that I was trying to steal them. You can see me on their camera as I walked in pulling the wipes out of my purse wiping the cart down before I put my baby in. Kroger should really have a conversation with employees on how to approach customers if they’re going to profile someone. When speaking to the manager, Adam. He said that he would check into it.
