Angie greeted us w such a positive attitude. I loved the guidance she gave us when we were unsure of what to get. She is a wonderful worker, & will definitely be back soon !
I went to drive-through at about 645 on 30 June and I had the most unfriendliest server meet me at the window. She just looked straight at me and started repeating numbers and I said excuse me I’m not sure I said what and she just repeated the number like she was aggravated with me and I had simply Requested a T off of my T app and she was so put off that 2495 that she was requesting from me was not my order. Please just be nice and communicate to people I had to ask her a couple times what exactly she was saying she was repeating it so fast and I said oh ma’am I’m sorry I just received tea.

As you can see the receipt shows some problems with this restaurant. We talked to the cashier during the order and she said that the orders were all good. Once we got the receipt the price was different and the order seemed wrong. So we talked to the cashier and she said the price was changed at the first of the year. And we are there June 20th. Yet the menu board and the menu were both different. And we also were told the fresh fruit was not part of the side of the lunch sandwich’s. And you can the price on the menu AND the price of the receipt and on the board were different.. THREE prices We were asked how the lunch was and we told “management” about the order and the price and the “management” said the same thing about the price change. I also told the “manager” that we had been waiting for our lunch for 6 minutes on the order window. It started at the 5 minute mark and my son(17yrs old) went to say something to the window “workers” but they were more concerned about the job hours and pay. And the only reason the food was delivered was because I went back to the front table and said something. And all she was able to help with the problem was a desert. This is an absolute joke of management and shadiness all around. We are from St Louis and went the Carbondale for a sports event and though we were safe for a nice lunch and as we know now we won’t be going to ANY McAlister’s and will give the advice to friends to think about it before you do.. there are too many other places to go

I want to preface this with I absolutely love their food. They have a great selection and it's all delicious. But this is the third time that I have ordered a salad and not received dressing or received an incorrect dressing.

Paid for half a sandwich and they gave barely a quarter of one. Finished it in 2 bits. These absolutely absurd. Why isn’t there an option to add a photo?

Went in to a mostly empty restaurant for a quick bite. I had one person in front of me. The cashier seemed more interest in holding a causal conversation with the first person than to wait on me. When I left there were 3 people behind me. The guy right behind me left too. We did not go for a late lunch to listen to someone talk for 10 minutes and ignore us. Went to chillis instead, they are glad to wait on me
