I want to preface this with I absolutely love their food. They have a great selection and it's all delicious. But this is the third time that I have ordered a salad and not received dressing or received an incorrect dressing.

Went in to a mostly empty restaurant for a quick bite. I had one person in front of me. The cashier seemed more interest in holding a causal conversation with the first person than to wait on me. When I left there were 3 people behind me. The guy right behind me left too. We did not go for a late lunch to listen to someone talk for 10 minutes and ignore us. Went to chillis instead, they are glad to wait on me

Usually i never have an issue here: i tell the employee i have a gluten allergy and request my sandwich on gluten free bread, this time though they were busier than usual and I guess didnt care that they could kill me. My angus club was made on wheat bread even though the sticker on top says allergy, gluten free bread. Glad i was able to notice the difference before taking a bite. That was a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I ate lunch there today and I was so impressed with the manager. I believe her name was Tonya. She never stopped or slowed down. She did everything including filling up napkin holders, greeting customers, refilling tea, cleaning tables, working behind the cabinet and talking to her staff. It did not go unnoticed by me or her staff. They all looked happy and were also very willing to help.

Their food is great - but if they don’t fix the sound system and stop that annoying cracking noise soon, I’m going to have to find another sit down place to eat.
