I am a visitor to Carbondale. I go to McDonald’s at least twice a day for a coke. Today, I left our hotel and went to closest McDonald’s. I ordered on app. While waiting, I went to fill my drink cup. The manager SCREAMED at me “MAAM YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT!” I told her I had done order on app. She came at me. I was honestly scared and embarrassed. I’m a college professor, but she accused me of being essentially a hobo. She was so loud. People were staring. I was humiliated....read full review
The handsome man with the beard, Paul I believe his name was. Were super kind to me throughout the entire process of taking my order, checking me out and handling my food. even when my order was wrong he promptly had it remade. He made me feel special and not just another customer. Even my daughter took note of it. I hope to see him every time I order from this location! Very satisfied! 😁
