Their app screws up and they don't get me my food for 20 minutes. I ask for help and they have the audacity to tell me that I didn't pay for my food when the app clearly shows that I did. I come back later to get a refund and they agree that I did pay for the food but now they tell me they can't give me a refund because I used Google pay and they have to have a card to put the refund back on and there's not a card. Worst customer service experience ever. I will no longer be shopping at any McDonald's ever. Because of this you've lost a lifelong customer

there was a worker named Jocelyn who went above and beyond as an employee at mcdonald’s. i was unsure of what i wanted to get and she recommended the perfect meal combo. she was accommodating, kind, friendly, and efficient. best employee i’ve ever come across at any mcdonald’s
